Mangerton Construction Limited was formed in 1993 and is under the direction of Mr. Gerard Teahan, Dip. Proj. Mgt (TCD), B.Sc. Bldg. MGt., Dip. Const. Ecom. The compnay has carried out a large diversity of construction and refurbishment works during that period of time.

- Construction of 41 apartments, 11 commercial units and 6 offices at The Court Yard, Killarney, Co. Kerry;
- Construction of 42 apartments and 5 commercial units and 1 restaurant at Waterside, Fermoy, Co. Cork;
- Construction of 18 apartments at Quay House, Fitton Street, Cork;
- Construction of 'The Coachmans' Hotel, Bar and Restaurant in Kenmare, Co. Kerry;
- Construction of 16 semi detached houses in The Crescent Rathmore, Co. Kerry.
- Currently constructing 42 apartments, 2 offices and 7 commercial units at Bridge St., Dungarvan.
- Currently constructing a mixed residential scheme of 60 luxury units at Downview, Farranlea Road, Cork.
